Ida was very friendly and personable throughout our interactions with her. She was very knowledgeable and upfront about what potential issues we could face with the bank on certain properties. I wish there would have been a little more communication after our offer was accepted in regards process steps and what to expect. Overall, we had a great experience with her and would definitely use her again.

We really enjoyed working with Ida. She knows this area well. She opened our eyes to properties we hadn’t considered. She was very knowledgeable about the types of homes and the materials, appliances, condition of the home, etc. She was also incredibly patient with us and was always upbeat and fun to have with us throughout the process as well. When it came time to negotiate she 100% put our needs first but also helped us set realistic expectations…and helped us find and purchase the perfect home!

We moved to Maine from out of state which made things a bit more difficult than our previous moves. Ida was able to work with us over a large distance and was very flexible in setting up times to maximize the little time we had in Maine to actually look at homes.
Once we had decided on a home we wish to make an offer on, Ida guided us through the process and made everything extremely easy on our end. I would highly recommend Ida to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home and would work with her again in a heartbeat.

As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I really had no idea what we were getting into when starting the process. I can say with confidence that was are SO glad that Hope was recommended to us by our lender, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us through this process. Hope was constantly available at the drop of a hat to show homes to us and answer any questions we had. If she did not know the answer to a question, she found it for us quickly. We have Hope to thank for getting us into our dream home, she rushed to show it to us a couple hours after it was listed and our offer was accepted over several others the next day. I firmly believe that we wouldn’t have been able to buy our home if it wasn’t for Hope. She stayed in contact with us frequently throughout the closing process so we were never left in the dark about what was happening. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and hardworking and we’d 100% pick her if we had to do it all over again. Thanks Hope!!
